CYBRSHLD LLC is a digital security concierge and broker. We are not a cybersecurity software provider, financial institution, or insurer. We help you identify third-party providers of cybersecurity and digital protection products and connect you with them.

2. Our Role as a Broker

When you use our checklist and select protection categories, we provide recommendations and, where applicable, referral links to third-party providers (such as Aura, Incogni, Trust & Will, and IDrive). Any agreement you enter into with those providers is between you and that provider, governed by their own terms of service. CYBRSHLD is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the products, services, performance, security practices, or any losses arising from your use of a third-party provider.

3. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that any recommended provider will prevent identity theft, fraud, data breaches, or other harm. Our recommendations are based on general research and are not a personalized professional security assessment unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific paid service we offer directly.

5. Paid Services

If you subscribe to a paid membership or service offered directly by CYBRSHLD (rather than a third-party provider), the specific terms, pricing, and cancellation policy for that service will be presented to you at the time of signup and are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBRSHLD LLC and its members, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our recommendations, or any third-party provider’s products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services we provide directly is limited to the amount you paid us directly in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when using our checklist and forms; your own account security and passwords with any third-party provider you sign up with; and reviewing and agreeing to each third-party provider’s own terms before signing up.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
